Post-COVID, this is the most attended workshop of My Counsellor India. The workshop titled “Lifestyle, Stress and Understanding Mental Health” seeks to explore the relationship between lifestyle choices, stress, and our mental health. From a psychological and spiritual perspective, this workshop can provide individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to create and maintain a healthy relationship with oneself, and to develop a deeper understanding of their mental health.

At a psychological level, this workshop can provide individuals with insight into how lifestyle choices affect stress levels and mental health. It can help them to recognize when their stress levels are becoming too high and to identify strategies for managing stress.
